Eric Elfwén, "Coque de Pasqua"

Painting by Swedish artist Eric Elfwén (1921-2008) titled "Coque de Pasqua".

Elfwén was a versatile artist - painter, sculptor and designer educated at Konstfackskolan, Grafiska skolan, and the painting schools of Edvin Ollers, Isaac Grünewald and Otte Sköld. He also studied architechture at Institut de l'Abbaye and Université Libre de Bruxelles; glaspainting with Gabriel Loire in Chartres.

He is represented at, among others, Moderna Museet in Stockholm and the V&A Museum in London.
